At Gandy your car will get inspected by uniformed "tech inspectors" courtesy of
TPD or Deputy Sheriffs who will also write you a "citation" stating how fast your
car was going while they were using official timing devices provided by tax payers.

There is a charge for the citation, but if a person glues them to
the roof of the car on the driver's side, that will impress the next uniformed
tech inspector who stops them to issue a citation for their driving skills.

Collect enough citations for displaying a person's racing skill on Gandy and a person
will be receiving time-outs for 30 days, 90 days, and one year. Driving during
those time-out periods will result in a free racing suspension for your car.

Sometimes as a bonus, a person will be sponsored to free housing and food while
the free racing suspension is applied to their car.
