LOL, throphies at an HPDE. kinda takes me back to little league when they made us feel warm and fuzzy by giving everyone trophies.

btw, they had a guy timing? that solidifies that they were RACING (competing for a time), so bye bye insurance coverage!!

Did you see where the trackhq.com forum guys talked 5hit about a magazine's pro test drivers. They caught wind and challenged them to a shoot out. Most of their forum guys were faster than the pros in the same (unfamiliar) car and track. Now it's morphed into a bimmerforums vs. trackHQ challenge.

Seems like it could be a fun event to follow but I just can't take some of the retards posting... Just from reading I'd guess it's a bunch of 15-16 year olds that have barely driven to the store, not a group of adults that actually have track experience.

I don't like that it turned into this east coast/west coast thing and the original guys are no where to be found.

Both groups seem to have some idiots in their ranks for sure... mistakes were made by people on both also... lots of fun in the videos and threads though.

Just now getting around to reading the original thread.. the video of the instructor in the rx-8 video is downright scary... that guy should not be allowed on track.
