Can we sign as co-drivers? I think we might be able to bring only one car.

Sure.

If you are running in the same heat, just let the person working grid know you are co-driving the same car right at the beginning of your heat. They usually grid you up front and will have to send your car out twice as much as everyone else. So one of you will go at the beginning of the group and the other will go some where in the middle.

If you run in separate groups than it doesn't matter. Looks like both of your cars are in the class E2.

Well I dont think my 240sx will make it as the clutch went bad, and I wont be able to change it and break it in in 2 weeks time.

So we were planning on bringing the WRX and both taking turns running it. Will we both do the amount of laps or have to split the 5-7?

A little clarity here: Two drivers can't share one ENTRY. Two drivers can enter as two drivers with two separate entries in the same CAR.

Both drives must register and pay their own entry fee.
