I am trying to set up an easier way to have Port O lets at the events.

We are currently using LSM, This is the same company that supplies the units for the PCA events.

I would like to see if there is a way to maybe use the same company. So that 1. its cheaper for the clubs
2. they are always up there and the company has a schedule to service them. So I dont have to make the arrangements each month. for the BMW CCA events.

So SCCA, FAST and any others I have missed. Is this something that you are interested in?

There has been a unit out there for the past 2 years. I think we and all the other clubs have been using it free of charge. I think the Sherifs office had it out there.

Last month is was gone. We didnt find out untill the day before our event. So it was a last minute stressful ordeal to get ont out there. The cycle school was running so we couldnt use thiers either.

So I am proposing insurance.. To make sure at least on unit is there for our events.
