Showdown Rallycross #2
With the cooler weather finally upon us it's time to plan for the next Tampa rallycross.
Online Registration is open and track is booked. we need 20 to break even and we are going to run the whole thing if weather permits so expect 2+ min runs.
if you are not comfortable registering online, send me an email to Jeff@tamparally.com and I can manually enter you to pay on site. but everyone must enter.

Sure It's Lemon Worthy, we did some open track testing on euro trash there. I know I'll be there, Loren sometimes shows up if he is bored, as for Barry and kris, I dunno, they have been laying low lately. James is moving to Jacksonville so will not be around by then.

Wanna drive a contour? The "problem" with the on/off throttle transitions has been fixed. Also I've sorted out a bunch of odds and ends this week for the national event next week. What that means is that it's the most controlable and fastest its ever been. I also freed up about 10 more ponies through various little things. There's nothing quite like putting 175 hp to the ground through one wheel in the dirt.

I will be driving it pretty hard next week. I'm going to give my left foot more of an exercise than it's ever seen. At the last rallycross I was both under and overdriving it to "get a feel" of it. Suprisingly I think I learned more from autocrossing my car then driving it at east bay. I learned a little there too though.

Well we are well on our way, 7 drivers already signed up..
we can usually expect 3 from GRM to show up, (Waiting on word back from Per) and with gas back down below $3 I am going to bet the South Floridians come up.
