i just got back to my inlaws cabin after a very long day at Road Atlanta. It was a great race and i wasnt even sure if the #1 audi would make the race after the crash in warmup. Audi had the car in the garage for about an hour with the tent closed tight. The grid walk was ridiculous there were so many people i got my picture with the peugeot and left. Heres a picture i got yesterday in the paddock. They were warming the car up before qualifying, its noticably quieter than the audi if youve heard that. I have some video of it as well.

The crash that happened under the bridge near the ending laps was incredible. Really glad everyone walked away from it.

The porche hitting the tire wall was something else as well.

3 out of the 4 Acuras being taken out was also

It was a tough race for a lot of the cars out there.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
