LeMons Texas Rides Available....maybe
Howdy Y'all!
TAJRacing out of Tampa, FL will be running our world famous Ford Escort
GT in the Texas race in October. Believe it or not they actually
accepted us back. We finished 10th overall at LeMons South last
month. We were running 4th overall at the end of day one but some ill
timed black flags for minor contact dropped us back on the second day.
The car isn't the quickest but as you can see it was a contender for a
podium position.
We may be short a driver or two depending on work schedules and
pregnant wives and girlfriends (or both).

Email me what experience you may have in any forms of racing and any
sponsors you may want to bring on with ours.
We are working out the costs now but it looks like the drivers will
take care of their own entry ($100), license ($50), part of the team
entry ($100 if 5 drivers, $125 if four drivers) and other costs.
It will be BYOF, BYOB, and your own means of transportation. You must
have all your required driving gear as well.

NICE, Glad you are able to do another one so soon.
We are out for Tx.. Since I will need to be in New Orleans untill the Fri before. Plus out car needs some engine work.
So we will miss this one. But we will be ready for next year..

Pssst... here's the hint Jeff was talking about in that other thread...
We may be doing a 4-hour Lemon Enduro at ERS on October 11th... that's the week before LeMons TX. "4 Hours of LeMons", if you will.

I'll entertain this offer, email me costs etc Jeff@southernsprint.com if you want I'll build the suspension, I still have bunches of junk parts we can make work, and some suspension on that car it'll be a little beast.

Cool!! When will you know exactly? Our money has to be in by 9/1/08 for Texas... I would love to be able to do something local!
