Was fun to watch

 

About as exciting as a Rally Super Special Stage can get, I think. My wife even loved it.

I can't believe Mirra got so far, I was waiting for him to crash out every turn.

I would love to have the resources some of these guys have.

 

Yeah, it was pretty cool, although none of those guys have half the talent of some of the WRC drivers. It was so frustrating watching them take crappy lines, and hit walls.

That one guy they said was an instructor from Gainesville. I am guessing he instructs at ERS?

That big jump was awesome.

I think it was McShea that had his wheels lit up for the entire course, that was awesome too.

I thought that big jump was fucking stupid and (unnecessarily) dangerous. Rallying is not monster truck racing.

 

But it's what X Games is about, it wasn't as dangerous as some of the concrete walls and the stadium exits IMO (where Mirra bit it, if he was going faster and went sideways into that it would not have been pretty).

 

Yeah, the jump was totally x games. However I didn't think it was much larger or more unsafe than the big WRC jumps.

When I saw that huge jump, I pictured TreeKiller building one at the dirt track.
