Anybody interested?

If you have ever attended an event that I am at I always have a few others with me. Auto-Xing is fun but it is better as a group. With this in mind I am thinking of starting an Auto-X Team. No Dues No Presidents nothing like that. There will be small requirements to join but basically a bunch of hardcore cone crushers.

It doesnt matter what kind of car or what condition. V-8 I-4 or go-cart it doesnt matter. Its a way for each of us to help each other.

Interested? Reply here.

This is Patrick. I met you at Johns dyno about 2 months ago. We were waiting for John out side with some guys from Jville Anyway I think that is a great idea. What do you think about a small autox at the next import drag warz. Bradenton has a circle track in the back.

i would love to see that happen but the sad news is that 2 different people own desoto alan and his partner owns the dragstrip while another gentleman and his wife own the circle tarck.

i could talk to alan about that and see if he knows this gentleman and maybe see what we can work out. the only thing is the circle track is not very large and the only course would have to be layted out over thew figure 8 section of the track.

Have you ever tried Auto-Xing? Road Courses are nice but with $250+ entry fees its a little expensive.

Length of course and speeds vary by track location and sponsor group. I have been to tight small tracks to long fast tracks. The best one so far? The Porsche test Track in Gainesville. Speeds for me were around 65-70 and it was a 1 min 45 sec course. Trust me it was nice and exhuasting.

Flounder: Brakes? Come on...they are nice but you dont need them .
