Turnouts are usually low enough that we all carpool in the RWD Civic for a ride to Quiznos............ let's help change that!

Congratulations! We need more Girl Racers.

If we're still here when my daughter learns to drive, you'll see her. We had her out in a go-kart for the first time last month -- that sweet 12-yo fights for the racing line right into the corner, and has a natural instinct for making the car (kart) very wide.... I told both the kids they're going to do a season of autocrossing once they get their licenses -- it may just grow on her.

Sweet.

This girl got so mad at Gainesville when her kart died. She was walking off course and saying "That was my best run, not fair!"

There are a lot of females that race on the East Coast.

btw the pre pay thing worked out really well for the BMW club may be an option for the SCCA as well.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

This is going to be a blast. Hope to get a lot of runs in and hopefully it is more than a 45 second course......

We would do 70 sec. courses if we had enough people to cover worker stations. Right now we are getting stretched thin on tiny 35 sec. courses.

I have the perfect solution for this. Less cones. It would be a mile long drag race with a slalom and a chicago box for good measure. I think everyone wants a 80 mph turn around point too.
