Track Day at the Gainesville road course

I am in the initial stages of organizing a track day at the Gainesville autocross/test and tune track.
This would be open to drivers of any level. The car would have to be in good working order. ie no leaking fluid good tires fenders hood and doors attached....
The event would be a non race track event. What that means is 5-6 cars on the track at once for 20-30 minutes but no passing under any circumstances. I might be able to get a timing system set-up but I am not certain about that.
The event would take place at the Gainesville test and training road course. We would be able to set-up a couple of different track configurations. May-be one in the morning and a different one in the afternoon.
I dont have a date yet. They are pretty busy in May but June seems to be open.
To rent the track for one day is about 2500.00. We would get the track from 8-5 +or- a half hour. That money would also get us an EMT unit with a fire truck. If we can get 25 people the price will be about 100.00 per person. Thats not bad for the amount of track time that you will get. Also I am not going to make any money off of this. I am organizing this because I love track events and this track is pretty inexpensive but very nice.
