Id love to autocross but my shocks are going my clutch is slipping ohhh...and I have no clue how.

Perhaps someday a group of Tamparacing.com guys could head out and school those of us who dont know our asses from an orange cone....youre supposed to run over the cones right?

I have never autocrossed before but I am excited. I will try to make it to brevard in a couple weeks if not I will have to wait for macdill. In looking through the results Ive only noticed a couple golfs and a jetta. The type of people into auto crossing are not going to laugh when I show up with a passat are they?

No they wont laugh at you they laugh at cars like mine. (3500 lb buicks) they arent real common on the autoX. But Definitley fun!! I think youll enjoy it a lot remember to take your first lap easy and get used to the course. Run in Novice (I still do) and youll be fine. Also you can get a driver to ride shotgun to help you- I did and helped me tremendously on my first autoX.
