Requisite Thread for BMW Event 2/25
I look at it as an investment in time. I try to keep each run around 1 min. So spending a day of your weekend to get 8 min of seat time is what I am trying to accomplish. Id like it to be more ...15 runs would be great.
But we do have a break even point RE the cost of the event.
Plus we have alot of the same people out each time, so I would like to be able to accomidate every one that wants to drive.

Just not my day.
I needed Muddy out there to give me some driving lessons.
I had 9 dirty runs out of 10 total. (My appologies to the course workers.)
My best raw time was like a 48.6,
so my placement would not have changed. That's a plus.
As Always a great event BAM.
Hey look I beat a Neon.
Todd told me he plans to sign up on this forum.
I think his screen name should be TedDryon

Well Mark at least you got a good run in
I enjoyed driving the parade lap, thanks Vivek. Fun course and of course I can't wait to get back out ( as we all know by now

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
– the late Tom Thrash SCCA Solo E Production
Too bad I missed this event. I am pretty sure I will be at the next one.
