A word of caution: Bicyclists, sometimes dozens of them, like to ride these routes early on weekend mornings. All day, really. Safest time to "play" out there is probably when you did... late on a weekday evening. Of course, if you're going to "play hard", best to do it on a track or at an autocross.

I drove in at 9:45ish didnt see anyone so went down racetrack road all the way down till it ran into another road,than turned around and came back.Nexttime ill be there,i didnt think it would take me 1 hour to get there with all the construcston.

^ Yeah. We were seriously standing around in the cold for nearly an hour. I remember vividly.
It was pretty fun, though. Glad everyone managed to have fun and not break anything/get hurt.
