Z-Hills Sunday Sept.24
Yep was a good time. However it makes you really apreciate Brooksvilles road surface, even with all the cracks. I did end up getting a batter time than Ralph, ( he has the 924 ) . But it was during the fun runs so it didnt count.
Also go a ride in that supercharged Stalker.. DAM I may have to build myself one of those. That thing was scary fast.
Well at least I got my driving fix for the month.

No surprise about that ultra Icy surface at Z-hills,
So I decided to practice some basic skills.
Then I got lucky and scored an instructional run with a national champion. Sweet!
It sure is nice having Danny at these things.
He offered me a second run to try out his pointers, but unfortunately we ran out of time.
It is totally worth going to Z-Hills just to make you appreciate Brooksville.

Intake $200
Header $150
Suspension $700
R-Sway bar $200
F-Sway bar $200
Getting beat by a factory stock Spec-V Priceless.
Hankook z211 are on special. $110 a peice now in 225/45/17 however I reccomend a second set or your stock wheels for them. for Real R-compound. Once you've gone R-tire you won't be happy with a fast street tire.

Minus the F-sway bar, I still have the stock one. Don't forget you have LSD. Honestly, I dont think the R-sway bar is helping me. It's all about learning your car which I'm still in the process of. Oh btw you missed the FWD drifting session I did during the fun runs

I also drove like a Nuttered JackA$$ You would think the LSD was in my Bloodstream and not in my Transmission. Nice thing is you can connect and disconnect the rear bar pretty quickly and do a run back to back to see.
My main concern now is the shocks. the car is sprung well enough it just transistions like dookey. I'm thinking some koni's revalved for AX. and i'll be feeling pretty good. I was suprised I was getting very little understeer. I think my rear tire pressure was WAY too high.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
