My guess NO, Odds are the OEM spring in there is not a commonly used size (hence the reason most people change to coilovers). You probably have an inside diameter of 4 inches or so. Unlikely to find a spring in that particular size. If you do, your spring rates will likely be very limited. Most common ID sizes are 2.5 inch , 2.25 inch , 60mm etc. All the very common ones are very small.
Summit racing has a wide selection of spring rates and sizes. Try them.
