i have pics from friday and sunday

 

yeah the shit was awsome i am trying to upload my pics now but damn computer will no cooperate. but as soon is it does i will post some videos and pics.

 

My seat was on the 28th floor of the condo building that was right on the course. Only thing we couldn't see was in front of the grandstand, which is the boring part anyways. No better seat in the house than where we were. Kinda pissed that I forgot to grab my camera before I left the house, though.

LOL, nah, not me. We were in the taller building.....like 30 stories. But that IS an assload of people out there.

We were in the building in the background of this pic....in the right corner.

 

I had a blast. Just went in as general admission and walked the whole track. Mainly went for the SCCA Touring but Indy was interesting as well. It was my first time going to an event like this and I was pretty damn happy that after the races you could walk right into the paddock, check out the cars, take home scrap, and shoot the shit with the drivers. Great time.

^ no shit? I was standing right next to those stand the whole time, right in front of the jumbotron across the track and right up against the fence.

 

Oh yeah - saw a few good accidents in the early races - lots of carbon fibre on the track there......
