My god... why dont you try and price out a clean EF Civic. There's a reason why they're WAY above KBB. There's a big demand. Just because YOU don't like them doesn't mean crap.

is the aniversary edition e-stock legal? can you get 'em for around $10k?
i just read the hankook tire is coming out soon, mid april & in good 16" sizes. 225/45/16 should work nicely if it has any grip at all & are relatively cheap at $87/tire from discounttiredirect.com
