Thanks! It's not all that nice YET, but it will be soon! New clutch/bearings/timing belt/water pump/etc/etc going in this weekend. Got some interior stuff on the way too... Should be 100% by the March Brooksville event.

I dunno about the roll bar... I haven't decided if I'm going to put a new top on it yet. If I do it'll probably be one of those $300 glass window ones from eBay.

 

nope, all of mazdas piston engines into the the 21st century are timing belt equipped, non interference motors, with the exception of the F2T which is a timing belt, but interference.

 

Jason, how "prepped" are you looking to make this car?

 

I dunno yet. Probably just an alignment and some Azenis to start out with. Probably Konis and a front bar later. Maybe some R compounds MUCH later, heh.
