Yep. A group of us spent 4+ hours out there with spraying and mowing it. Most of the grass that's left should be dead for the State Champs.

It's a VERY grippy surface.

Looks like fun. Not too interested in Championship pts so I think I'll probably just do the Saturday event.
What kind of travel time am I looking at here from the Downtown Tampa area? Took a look at the directions on the SCCA site but that really doesn't mean much to me.

Was this on Saturday? Saw you on 54 getting onto 75 following the M coupe.

Actually, the state championships is more of an event put on to have a showdown between all of the autox clubs in Florida. IIRC, last year it was held by GCA. This year is CFR.

No one really worked that hard. I do still smell like vinegar though. I thought we'd be clearing it all, not just killing it all... That'd be working your ass off.

It's just an autocross, championship battles will only happen in a few classes. Everyone else is just running for fun and few have decent tires anyway.

It takes me about an hour ( +/- 10 min.) from Downtown Tampa and that's generall with a McD's drivethough included.
