well as most of you know i moved to Arkansas and there is not a club around here, have to drive at least 2 hrs to get to an event, but im used to that, palm bay, ft meyers, g'ville, those were about the same distance, well unorganised is a good word to describe the club i ran with today, that said it was ALOT of fun, they have a GREAT site and the course was pretty fun (however the last 20 seconds or so of the run was tighter than ANY event (even miata events) i have ever attended....all in all pretty fun day, nice to get my fix lol i did pretty well, i could have done better, but i just wasnt pushing the car like i normally do, dont know why but i just wasnt. my last run put me 3rd in a class of about 13 so im pretty content but i will have to win my next few

 

Chris, it's good to hear you're autocrossing in Ye-Haw country. Isn't that where they taped "The Simple Life"?

 

indeed though well south of where i am....I am actually in a college town (UofA razorbacks) so there are plenty of bars/hot chicks, and some stuff to do, its still no tampa, but its better than most/the rest of arkansas.
