Exclamation Workers needed for Kart race at Primus

Sorry for the short notice (I just got the word myself), and I know this overlaps the G'ville autox this weekend. For those of you who aren't otherwise occupied this weekend...

Here's your opportunity to get familiar with the Primus track and maybe become a part of the new "Primus community". They're looking for corner workers to help out at a Kart race this weekend. I don't have any further details.

We're trying to get some SunRiders together to help out, if you want to get with them, let me know. Or you can contact the track owner, John Baytos, directly at (727) 522-7544.

I'm going to G'ville Saturday, will try to help with the Kart races Sunday.

Default Details

You can find the address to the track in the other thread about Primus if you need it.

If you can help out this weekend, you'll need to attend the morning worker meeting:

Friday @ 9am
Saturday @ 8:30am
Sunday @ 8:30am

Don Reese of the SunRiders club will be there all three days, I'll be there Sunday. Hope to see a few of you there.

Loren,

I have decided not to go to GIR this weekend, so I will be able to help out at Primus this weekend.

I can be there on both Saturday and Sunday; sorry I have to work on Friday.

Do they race on Friday during the day???

Eddie

Exclamation FRIDAY

Hey gang,

Just got a call from Don Reese out at the track. They're doing test sessions this morning and will be racing this afternoon. Cool.

But Don is the ONLY worker out there this morning!

I know most of us are working today, but if you happen to have the afternoon off, they could use your help at the track.

If you can't make it today, I'm sure your help would be welcome Saturday or Sunday. Worker meetings are at 8:30am if you can make it.

Don will be there both days. I'll be there Sunday.

Working the kart race was actually quite entertaining. With them turning 45-second laps, the action was pretty constant. And some of the racing was INTENSE.

The karts were only running the kart section of the track, did you get a peek at the rest of it on the other side of the pit area?

Thanks for coming out. Our presence was noted and appreciated.
