Default Head Unit not working...

Alright well about 2 weeks ago my Aiwa head unit just stopped playing CDs. It gives me an e03 error whenever i attempt to play CDs. I tried to take it back to Best Buy but they told me the only thing they would do is try and reset it and if that didnt work would send it back to Aiwa. I tried resetting and nothing and I dont want to send it in, does anyone know what could be wrong or have something i could try to do?

Don't remember seeing you come by, I work in the install bay for fun part time. Have them send it out, they need to clean the laser for you... Other than that you could attempt to open it yourself and clean the lens, but I wouldn't recommend that.

Another thing, If you can afford the extra 20-30 bucks next time you buy a headunit, don't waste your cash on a friggin Aiwa just to save a buck, cheap ass
