Default tv tuner?

I know this is the audio forum but I figured id get better answers here than anywhere else...

I have been considering puitting in lcd screens behind my visors, and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get television channels on them? I know most people just put in a PS2 so they can watch DVD's, but you dont know how many times Im out on a delivery and missing the simpsons..
