Dover Rod Run totally Free food, drinks, BBQ, car show

We are excited to invite you to our 50[SUP]th[/SUP] Dover Rod Run on Saturday, February 24. The event will be held from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at First Baptist Dover, 3223 Gallagher Road. We will have all of the aspects you have come to love: vintage cars, motorcycles, jeeps, music, Pinewood Derby, and food. Our Youth Group will also have Strawberry Shortcake! If you have been a part of the Dover Rod Run from its beginning, we would love for you to be present with your vehicle. How special it will be to celebrate this milestone with you! Mark your calendars now, and spread the word to friends, neighbors, and family!

The Dover Rod Run is an antique car show that is scheduled two times during the year. This event combines both outreach and fellowship opportunities for those attending. While our church hosts, staffs and organizes this event, most of those attending are from the community. This gives us an opportunity to provide an event that enables our community to be on our church campus, interact with our church family and learn about our church ministries in a relaxed and safe environment

This event includes: hundreds of cars, Jeeps, and motorcycles; Bluegrass and contemporary / worship music; and Pinewood Derby races in the CLC.
Menu: totally free hotdogs, hamburgers, sausage, chips, soft drinks and water.
