Default Clarion DXZ-925, Pioneer deh-9300, or nakamichi 45z...hmm help?

Okay those are the 3 cd options im looking at, the clarion is the only one of the 3 that says it reads cd-r's any idea how the other 2 do with them? I like that the pioneer has the bbe processcer. The nak i have heard nothing but good things (20 bit dac). The clarion i'm ifffy it say it has dual 24 bit dac's..is that over kill? Any help would great or experience with any of these head units would be awesome..thanks.

I'm pretty sure they will all read cd-r's seeing how it'd be hard ot stay competitive in the market without it

Yeah, I know that the Pioneer does, not to sure about the nakamichi, and the 9300 is old school, actually 2 years ago.

You should contact the vendors about reading CD-R's though

What head unit do you have? Not that i care to much about color displays but it would be a nice extra.

Yeah but you have to agree that deck is hella pimp. with a memory stick slot to load your own images, not saying i would own it let alone spend the money on it. but its still a pimp deck

ok here are the only specs THAT MATTER ON A CD PLAYER

signal to noise ratio- get one that is 100 or higher more like 105

and the voltage on the rca outputs. get 4v or more.

kenwood makes a few 6v and 4.5volt but try to stay 4v or higher.

the rest of the shit matters but not as much as these things.

if you have a shitty signal to noise ratio you might notice that fuckin annoying engine wine
