check you battery terminals, clean them and make sure they are tight, follow the ground to frame, make sure it is tight, does not hurt to add an addtional ground wire same thickness as amp power wire. I have fixed this issue many times doing this!

Ok i tried a bare wire around the RCAs from the H U nothing. The H U is grounded with both grounds from the amp still the same.

Sounds like you might have an internal issue in the HU or amplifier. You mentioned that the problem started when you swapped door speakers. In theory the speakers should have nothing to do with the whine, but if somewhere in the process of swapping them the highs amp was shorted it could have caused internal damage to the amplifier. Those older Kicker amps were nice amps, but they had rather ineffective protection circuitry.

try this, unplug the rca from amp, rev engine do you have noise, no, plug rca in, un plug at radio, rev again, do you have noise?

meter resistance to ground for amp ground should be none, undue speaker leads check them to ground, should be none.

The kicker amp does have a blown channel but i didnt know until i put it in and hooked it up so i bridged the connections that is the only thing i know about the amp im considering looking for a new one.

I'll do some more trouble shooting tomorrow and possibly looking for a new highs amp.

Ah...I'd stop using up time troubleshooting and replace the amp at this point. It's very likely that there are various things damaged in the amp and it's manifesting as a whine because of the type and location of the damage internally.

Ok i'll look for another amp and swap out the old one. Do you think it could be my Crossfire or you sure it could be the kicker?

Unplug the Crossfire's RCA's. if there's no change then it's pretty safe to assume it's fine, and it most likely is. But the kicker is already showing problems, so without actually having it here to run tests I'd go with the amp as the problem.
