oooh quick assumption but i was looking at some ID ultras to try out in the rex just 2 months ago...only thing is that finding mounting location in a car that small is well alot of work...so instead i just did what i know would be loud and clear...but thanks for reminding me that i do know about on/off axis and that i do know quality sound...

 

congrats on your 39.9 bass box analogy but it still fails seeing as you can ask any CRX owner and they will tell you that their RF is anywhere between 58-65 hz. close to 3/4 octave higher than where mine is. hell show me a car that competes regularly that has an RF that low.

B. You post no pictures, proof, evidence of any kind you own a shop work at a shop even
C. You claim to have knowledge on car audio as if there is only one section of it.. Because you have been to some shows..

so post some pics.. of your.. SHOP.. CAR.. anything that YOU own and have worked on.. not your BOYS car or a car from a show.. hell park out front of your shop tomorrow morning before work and snap a pic.. not hard to do

 

A. Inaccurate? so the suede gaps (attached pic) and cosmetic flaws(such as suede wrapped pods instead of matching the carpet) wouldnt score less points in an SQ comp?

B. Where have I stated that my shop is opened. I never said i've opened my shop nor said i even work at a shop..too many of them in the orlando area dont wanna pay when it comes to having to pay an installer. I am a full time worker while my medical discharge from the army is reviewed and I find out whether I'll get my G.I. bill to put towards my Auto Body Certification.

C I dont "claim to have knowledge because i've been to "some" shows..I do have knowledge and there is more than one aspect to car audio. but your statement still doesnt make sense.

 

If you honestly can't tell that, that is the sub and not a gap then I guess thats a statement on you.. And to TRY to be looking THAT hard to find something you are showing you are a hater and trying to find something wrong..

and In rebuttal to yours on A. You never stated anything on the suede you were talking about the aim. You lost dude just back out of here.. and if you are man enough apologize to the owner or builder.. But I am 99% sure you aren't man enough to.

 

man enough? yea because what you say about my "manhood" is really going to have an effect on my life. but what you fail to see yet again is how you fail to look at all the posts..and see that i did talk about cosmetics. which is a part of SQ competition. its not nitpicky on my end its more of a nit pick that happens in the competition that you all feel this car is well built for.

 

when you are "man enough" to build something on your own...then what you have to say might have some bearing.
