New Box Build
I guess they were limited on width if I had to guess? and be a man and teach that bitch(router) of yours to stay in line.. lol jk.. looks nice.. you have terminal cups on both sides? or running the wires down across the port? if its the latter I would put a 45 across on the bottom and cutout a round grove to run the wires behind so they aren't seen or bouncing around in there cause that noise is annoying the plastic on wood sound.. and you can paint it black to match the port to be unnoticeable

There's allot more work in that box than most would recognize. Good job as always Andy! PS-I have a package for you!

yea the router on the jasper jig jumped as it finished, cutting out a 14" hole the weight of the cutout tends to moved (it is only 1/8 dimple and wont hurt a thing). this used a sheet and 1/3 of wood, with only a 13x97 of waste. cutting those 45's takes some time, then to miter fit them. i put a 1/4 round over on all outside edges for no sharp edges, cut a 3/16 rabbit on sides so if he chooses to carpet it it will have easy and good looking seams.
