Default Alpine Type R Speakers

These f*ckers are bad-ass

We got the components and subs in at work, All I can say is Damn!!

The sound quality on the components is awesome, and the subs sound badass.

Some more great quality stuff from Alpine!

I plan to be buying some in the near future, I love my discount

Anybody else heard them?

Actually they were the Type E's or Type S's, I can't exactly remember but I'm pretty sure they weren't the Type R's

How large of a box would one of the 10 or 12 inch subs need? Are they pretty power efficient or do they require a large amp?

the 10 needs (from alpine) .55 to .80 cu/ft and a sens. of 85d/w/m so it wont take an aful lot of power

the 12: sealed box volume: 0.7-1.0 cubic feet approx same snesitivty.

and all type R subs are DVC that I could find

reccomend Alpine MRD-M300 for the amp if youre gonna go alpine all the way, 300 wrms for amp output and sub...
