It's always good to hear about someone getting helped out via this forum(by someone who actually knows their stuff).
You should see some of the horror stories of kids on this forum offering install services and messing peoples stuff up. I'm pretty sure one of the kids actually burnt his car to the ground, more than likely because of shoddy install.

my names justin . But what it sounds like your problem is, is either you do not have a good ground because you only want to run about two foot max for a ground cable which can be bolted to any part of your frame. And a nother thing i didnt see you list that you did is run your remotes to your amps. Its usualy a blue single wire coming out of the back of your head unit and screws onto your amp between your ground ur hot. But i hope the info helps you out if not just get back at me and let me know what you have done and well be able to figure it out.
