Default Cubic feet?

I have a 2 12's box that is 15H X 17deep X 28wide. Its made out of 3/4 MDF and has a divider(sealed box). What is the airspace for the box per 12? I have never calculated airspace before so any help is appreciated.

Very simple.

1 cubic foot = 12 x 12 x 12 = 1728 cu in.

Measure a single chamber, divide your cubic inches by 1728, and you have cubic feet.

2.01 per chamber I believe.

[(15x17x28 )-(.75x15x17)]/1728

Ok, I'm bored, so I'll keep going.

If you've got 28 inches of width, and three sheets if 3/4", your internal width is 25.75.
Height is 15 minus two sheets of 3/4, or 13.5.
Depth is 17 minus two sheets of 3/4, or 15.5.

25.75 x 13.5 x 15.5 = 5388.19
5388.19 / 1728 = 3.12 total
3.12 / 2 = 1.56 per chamber
