picked up a new system a few days ago got it for a steal im trying ot fix the box as we speak lol will post pics soon its an 18in ma audio sub in a ported box with a 1500 watt power acustik amp for 150 i think its a steal one i get pic up lmk wat you guys think thanks

 

Is the box "popped"? Like, did the particle board just kinda peel apart? If so, this is the same setup that was stolen from a friend of mines car.

 

how many ma 18inch subs with 1500 power acustik amp setups could be around here, and that sounds cheep too... i think you should post pics asap so "alphabets" aka "spell check nazi" might be able to get the guy who sold it to you

Anyways, I don't really care that it was stolen, the kid was a complete asshole who probably stole the setup himself too. I was just curious. The box that the sub is in is not nearly big enough. If you want that thing to SLAM get a proper box built for it. IF it's the same setup, I don't think it was wired properly so the amp will get pretty hot and shut off time to time.

Like I said I really don't give a shit if it's stolen or not, and chances are it's a completely different setup.
