Please Help If u can

I recently sold one of my amps and kept one conected its a hiFonics 600 watt connected with 2 power acCoustik subs......I hear a constant pulsating sound from the woofers can anyone tell me wats the problem????

where are you located? if you are close you can swing by i will look at it..
