just finished install in a 2006 mb sl65 (v12 bi-turbo)
complete removal of stock and rebuild, kenwood HU, focal 6.5 MB, 5.25 midrange in doors, tweets in A pilar powered by JL450.4, JL 13tw5 in fiberglass box in passenger footwell powered by a JL 1000.1, customer posted pics on MBforms:

hand made door mounts and dash kit - no wood, all plastic, either abs or incerta

By the looks of the stickers on the equip looks like you have a Sonic Electronix buyer on your hands! They got a load of the 13TW5's just recently that JL is getting a hold of serial #'s on. More to come on that I am told...

Build looks great. I like the equip choices but as you know, that 1000.1 slash is an overkill for the 13TW5. Any reason he didn't want to go with the small HD series JL amps? Just curious. For such a small car, those would have been tits. Was this done at Sensious? Keep up the good work...

the amps he had in his other car E55 amg - it was redone with Steg amps

No this build was done at my shop. I heard Sensious was out of the car audio business. He supplied all the equiptment execpt the wiring (all Stinger) and Focals which i get factory direct.
