is this really helpful? or pretty much anyone would recommend to a person that has a system?

 

the only ones that will make a difference if you have a stock alt is your grounds.. batt ground and engine block ground.. the alt already has wire matched to its output so unless you upgrade it, its not needed nor will it change much unless its a lot shorter..

 

you should always upgrade the ground (at least from battery to frame) when running a power wire for a amp(s) with same or larger than the power wire.
