Powder coating is a heat barrier. Probably wont make a difference on that amp, but I wouldnt coat the heatsinks on a more powerful amp that tends to get hot, as the powder coat will trap the heat inside instead of radiating to the atmosphere. Thats why amp heatsinks are anodized instead...
Not knocking your work, looks excellent, but Id hate to see a high dollar amp burn up for looks....

Decent quality amps use anodized aluminum which is dyed while it is produced hence there is no insulating layer.
Powder coating or painting heat conducting equipment is never a good idea. It acts as a very effective insulator.
That said, for such a low power amp I doubt there would be adverse affects unless it was pushed very hard for a very long time.
Good work, looks clean. I would prefer a different color but its your ride and im sure you had your reasons.
