dude yours useing the wrong kind of wood you need 3/4 inch MDF and where is the back of the box . you want to make it hit send me the subwoofer model and series and how much room you have . WxHxD and ill draw you up a box if you want

Wait you own a customs shop and you don't know that birch is way better than MDF? You can tell the port is too big? I bet the port is within the typical limits for airspace.
