Why Kicker?
It seems like all I hear about is Kicker Audio. What is so great about this brand? I had a set of Kickers and preferred my Pioneers over them. Then I got a set of Boss, which were horrible no name brand. Then I got my Phoenix Gold 15"s. After that I borrowd two JL audio w6 or 5s or something I don't remember. I didn't see much difference in all of those. What makes Kicker so sought after? I went to the F/S forum and that was all that was in there. Is there something I am not seeing?

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

Kicker really isnt bad, the bang for the buck isnt terrible. they marketed damn good IMO. im not there biggest fan I just like there SS componets and the SX series amps. they have a decently good product, at a decent price with TONS of recognition for there name, as you said, people are brand whores

Honda/Acura really isnt bad, the bang for the buck isnt terrible. they marketed damn good IMO. im not there biggest fan I just like there Civics/integras and the S2000. they have a decently good car, at a decent price with TONS of recognition for there name, as you said, people are brand whores

Nothing wrong with kicker. Great reliability and produce decent power for the price.
You can always get better though, it just takes a lot of research and listening.

i have 2 kicker solobaric L5 15's and i put those things thru pure hell and they still are holding up, they aren't in the car anymore i found a good deal on something else and put that in, but im saving them to put them in my truck i get here soon

there good quality, just not the BEST sq. there really not terrible as people say they are.. There not with the jl and eclipse sq. but I cant bash them really. there LOUD for the price

When i got my first system i didnt know what brand to choose. i just heard so many positive feedback from kickers from all the web sites.so i decided to go with kickers. i got 2 CVR kicks and im really glad that i went with them.
