It wont turn on but the clock works for a few seconds and it will accept and eject a cd. I tried reseting it nothing happened. bought a new wiring harness for it and a new fuse. Any ideas?

you must supply power to the red accessory wire in order to tun it on.

As it is now, you are only supplying power to the yellow constant 12v wire which allows CDs to eject and the time display to turn on.

If you have the red wire connected, try connecting it to with the yellow wire on the 12v constant.

i bet you have the ground wired wrong - get a metal ground do not use the ground in the harness - tape off any wire not used to prevent shorts - replace fuses - you need to tell what kind of car it is in - can give more info

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

you buy an O-ring connector and use a self tapping screw to drill it into a sanded part of the metal.
