try getting a internet company to warantee anything!!!! you pay for shipping back - they try everything to void warranty, and sometimes make you pay shipping back to you - Local shops normally stand behind warranties and a simple exchange and your on your way, becareful for the large chain stores and there extended warranties - i saw so many people get screwed when i worked at best buy.
