Default got a new toy...

Its a CNC router, so now I can make cool stuff, like custom speaker grills. This one will hold a Morel tweeter above an 8" woofer, to make a giant coax.

that one is mirrored acrylic. It will cut wood and plastic up to 1" thick.

it seams like the edges are a little jagged. was that a scrap peice or dose it cut it like that? or is it just the picture

yes, yes, yes, and yes...

The edges are a little rough, but the picture makes it much worse. That was also fresh out of the machine...10 seconds with a file made it much better. The acrylic is thin and brittle, and I used a pretty agressive bit, and cut it in one pass. Still learning...
