Default The Popping Stopped!!

we have been doing some work, building in some walls in the van ect, ended up unhooking the amps and cleaning up the wiring and adding a pair of speakers.. My guess is that it was popping because I was running the REM into one amp, then then jumping it to the other, I changed it and ran 1 wire back and split it, so there getting there power at the same time.. WOO HOO

ok that wasnt it.. on the kicker amps it has an adjustment to run at 1volt gain range, 2 volt, 4 bolt 8 volt and 16 or somthing.. I originally had it at 4 volt, I adjusted the other day and put the 4ch to 2 volt (same as the sub amp which doesnt pop). Today I was messing some more, put it back at the 4 volt and it started popping.. Put it back to 2volt and its gone.. wtf?
