Default EQ Help/Discussion

Alright so im stepping into a zone where i havent been or really researched...EQs....I mean ive used them and bought maybe 2??....but i dont know what to look for in one.....i need one that i could control everything with.... it doesnt have to be really fancy...but at the end i want it to make a dramatic differance...keeping the price low would deff be niice but i know you get what you pay for....

any help on this subject would be appreciated....
any suggestions on what to buy would also be helpful

thanks

Look at Audiocontrol.

I'm not a big fan of eq's. From my experience, the more processing and such you put your music through, the more induced noise you get.

Ive used an alpine digital 12 band and a clarion analog 7 band and neither were as good as the built in 11 band parametric in the old JVC ar-680 mp3 player I used to have.

If you cant get your sound right, change the speakers over adding an EQ.

If you absolutely have to have an EQ, make sure you have premium wiring and filter the hell out of the power supply for the head unit and the EQ.
