rep points
I was over on another forum, the other day, and they have something called Karma points. I'm guessing these are like rep points. The cool part is, they have a forum where you can gamble them on sporting events, trial outcomes, whatever. Since I have no idea what rep points do, this would at least make them useful.
Now, to relate it to audio...I've heard tell of some wagering on SPL numbers at the monthly meet. If we could figure out a way to credit and debit the points, even people who can't make the meet can play.

What do the points do? I'll sell mine for $5.

Though, it'd be an interesting way for (at first) to get a game going at the meet where people start voting in what SPL they think the car is going to max out at. And once all votes are cast, have the car go at it, and then see who's the closest to the actual number.
Of course at first, just for fun and maybe later when we see how many people participate, try to use money or just "club points" or something (hell i dunno) Just to weigh in who is the best guesser. Online -- something that might work later after getting the voting thing worked out ...OR... get a list type screen thing where people who are 100% going to the meet tell you that they're going and to add them to a new thread. The thread will have who is participating at the top -- system specs etc (photos help too) and then have people vote on it through there too?
just some ideas
That's something dalton could win.

Btw: before he retaliates -- Yes i decided not to play my car's stereo that day because i had a bad feeling about it, it was weaker than usual on the way over there and sounded like crap and i wanted to play it but something just didn't sit right, so to save from embarrassment i decided not to go.
-- the next morning i found out my subs were completely out of phase and one of the RCAs was unplugged.
Also:respect to everyone's systems except for the guy that used paper towel rolls for tube ports stuck on with duct tape... and sealing a tube off with duct tape. That was just the ghettoest thing i've ever seen. and thats coming from a guy who used to use rocks from his friend's yard to hold up amps before.
i think ive been to one meet but im looking forward to going more often sence im starting to get back into car audio
