Default Pics of the new system

Finally got the new system installed ! Theres a lot of dust to vacuum up I know but you get the drift. Tomarrow it gets detailed when its daylight out and not raining.

5 cu/ft total (2.5 cu/ft per chamber) ported at 33 HZ each. Box is bolted to the frame of the truck with security screws and such. Amps are mounted to the back of box with security bolts/t nuts and screws. Fun stuff

Looks like it has potential to be loud. I'm not feeling that amp positioning though, thats just screaming to be overheated.

And of course...

I would recognize walmart carpet anywhere!!!!

Thanks, Im tryin not to turn it up too much cuz I want to break in the subs rite. I know the old type R's had to be broken in or theyd blow...not sure how the new ones are. The amp sits between the seat and the box. The seat is slanted back so theres a lot of room back there...I had it like that on my mag with no probs

And damn, you're pretty good! Thats exactly where I got the carpet from LOL

Bye bye cargo space! I see your carpeting skills have gotten progressively better. I wouldn't worry about the amp overheating, but the one thing I have seen is them taking a shit due to the vibrations. Not sure what kind of output you're looking at with that setup, so I really don't know if it would even be a factor. How does it compare to your previous setup? I would assume you have a good chance of being louder due to the extra cone space.
