keeping speakers in a box
alright..i installed my home boys speakers today and they wont stay in the box..so fair both of them have jumped out the box..i've switched the screws and made sure i aint over tighting them and all so my ? is is there any thing i can use or any tricks where they wont come out..i aint even got the amp up up but the shit just slams still..the first time i turned the amp up some and one hooped out
the second time was just now when we had to cut it off because of cops then we turned it back on and it hooped out and it was a the other one.
i got to dynamate the trunk later on so i have to work on it no matter what.

Sounds like you are either using too small of screws, the wood has bene used enough times to ensure the holes are crap, or you arent even making contact with wood. Take out the subs, put down some gasket material, and then rotate the speaker about 5 degrees and try again. This is if the holes are fubared.
