Default Radio help

When i went to turn on my radio, it comes on with the ignition, but no sound comes out. when you move the wires in the back the speakers pop, and only one time i heard music for about 2 seconds. Other than that no sound at all, but the cd/radio is playing. Any advice?

Cut harnesses suck...especially when someone else hacked it up. I'd go through and test the wires, pop the speakers with a battery and all, make sure they're actually working. Sounds like it's an internal amp problem with the deck though.
