the amp is drilled up to my back seat. i really dont know if the heatsinks are blocked or not. what i think the problem is, is that i what to much stuff running to it, and does not have enough power. the amp is only a 600 watt but i also have a 800 watt and i didn't put that in in the first place because i thought it would be to much.

How many watts it is wouldn't be the case. If it's a 2 channel amp and you have like 6 speakers hooked up to it, that would do it. Try turning the gains down and the crossover up.
