Sounds like a fuse, since the cig lighter and radio constant are often on the same one.

Fuse might be called cig ligt, radio, or something like that. If you have a manual for the car, it usually lists all things powered by each fuse. Worst case, you'll need to check them all. This fuse is probably 20 amps...15 minimum, so you can narrow down your choices.

Re-check them all with a multi-meter. Just because a fuse "looks" good doesn't necessarily mean it is. Check every fuse box as well.

Its a crx I think it only has one fuse box. I don't have a multi-meter, but I do have some spare fuses I could just replace them all???

Use a single 20amp fuse and swap one at a time until it works. If I'm not mistaken, those Honda's are know for blowing the fuse when an aftermarket deck is installed. Whatever size fuse it is, I'd replace it with one that is about 5 amps larger (so if it's a 15 amp, put a 20 amp in there).

usually those fuses come in packs of like 3 or 5, and cost at the max like $1.25, they're cheap as hell, go get a few and store em for a rainy day

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.
